· All spa clients should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled service. We greatly appreciate your punctuality so that we may provide you and our other guests with the best service.
· Cancellation Policy:
So that we may accommodate other guests.
24 Hours Notice No Charge.
12 Hours notice 1/2 the price of all services booked.
Day of or any missed appointment will be charged the FULL amount of Service.
· We require a Discover, Master Card, Visa or Gift Card # to reserve all services !
Gift Card policies:
Gift cards represent a pre-payment for
goods and services. This does not include use for tipping.All gift cards must be presented Prior to service.Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and not applicable to a credit card account. Any resale or transfer of a gift card will render it null and void and subject to cancellation. Any removal of value and expiration date sticker on any gift card will render it null and void.

All gift cards are non transferable and non refundable. Finishing Touch Day Spa is not responisible for lost or stolen gift cards. Any lost or stolen gift card will not be replaced. All gift cards Expire 1 year from date of purchase.
